Privacy, in plain words.

What we collect on this website, why, and who sees it. Effective 14 October 2026.

Who we are

Lakshay (lakshay.si). For anything on this page, write to info@lakshay.si.

What our website forms collect

Our forms ask for some of these: your name, your role, your company or office name, your mobile, your work email, your company or unit turnover, and, if you choose, details of your top parts or the number of entities you hold, and when you would like to start.

  • Why. To arrange the free assessment or a one-on-one, and to reply to you.
  • Where it is stored. In a Google Form and a Google Sheet in Lakshay's Google Workspace.
  • Who sees it. Our two founders only.
  • Not sold or shared. We do not sell your details or share them with anyone.

To check that an email address can receive mail, the site looks up the mail records of the email's domain through Google Public DNS (dns.google). Only the domain is sent, for example company.com, never the full address.

The self-check runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing. Your answers may be kept only in your own browser's storage, so you can come back to them.

If you open our report, the email you gave is also kept in your own browser, so the report opens without asking again.

If you came from one of our cards or ads, its short tag (for example o3) is kept in your browser for this visit and sent with your form, or added to your WhatsApp message, so we know which message brought you. If you choose to WhatsApp us, the conversation is with Lakshay's WhatsApp number.

To see which pages and messages work, we count visits with PostHog. It sets no cookies and keeps nothing in your browser: we see page views, the tag you arrived with, and whether a form was sent or WhatsApp was tapped, not who you are.

Our Gmail app

Lakshay uses a small Google app of its own, under Lakshay's Google account, so that Lakshay's AI agent can work with the founders' own mailboxes.

  • It reads mail, drafts replies, and sends mail only on a founder's instruction.
  • Its sign-in tokens are kept on our own machine.
  • It shares no Google user data with anyone, and does not use it to train AI models or for advertising.
  • Google data used: Gmail messages, and the ability to compose and send mail, for the connected Lakshay accounts only.

Lakshay's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your details only as long as we need them to arrange and follow up on the assessment or one-on-one you asked for.

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email info@lakshay.si. We delete within 30 days.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your details, we update this page and its effective date.
